Entrance Drainage update:

21 August 2021
The Maryland State Highway Administration (MSHA) was contacted regarding the clogged drainage pipes under the road, near the neighborhood entrance. On August 17, 2021 the MSHA was on site and will be clearing out the blockage in the near future.
The County Roads Administration was contacted regarding the wet water draining down Hallmark Drive, near the community entrance. The problem appears to be the hillside grade and a natural runoff.

Hallmark Woods Property Owners Association Information Meeting:

Time: 6:00 pm, 16 June 2021
Location: At the end of Kingsway Drive
Purpose: As a follow up to the 14 May 2021 Letter from the HWPOA Board of Directors. Additional facts have developed and dues collection has not been successful so we need to detail the plan ahead.

We would like all to attend. Please, because of COVID-19, we ask, out of respect of all, that face masks should be worn at this meeting.
